STARTING THE ENGINE
3. Move the shift lever to the
NEUTRAL position. The recoil
starter cannot be operated unless
the shift lever is set in the
NEUTRAL position.
4. Align the “ ” mark on the throttle
grip with the projected end of the
“►” mark on the handle.
5. When the engine is cold or ambient
temperature is low, pull the choke
knob to the ON position.
(It provides rich fuel mixture to the
engine.)
