Battery
Servicing Your Honda
The battery is located in the battery box
below the seat.
Release the rubber band ( ) securing
the battery ( ).
Disconnect the negative ( ) terminal
lead ( ) from the battery first, then
disconnect the positive ( ) terminal
lead ( ).
Pull the battery ( ) out of the battery
box.
Lift the seat (page ).
Remove the battery cover clips ( ),
then remove the battery cover ( ).
