SERVICING YOUR PUMP
AIR FILTER CLEANING
A dirty air filter will restrict air flow to the carburetor, reducing engine
performance. If you operate the pump in very dusty areas, clean the air filter
more frequently than specified in the Maintenance Schedule (see page 26).
1. Unscrew the wing nut from the air cleaner cover, and remove the air cleaner
cover.
2. Unscrew the wing nut from the air filter, and remove the air filter.
