Why is the data rate low to my Honeywell Small SATCOM Security Sensors terminal?
    • R
      ramosallenSep 9, 2025
A low data rate to your Honeywell Security Sensors terminal can be caused by low signal quality. Disconnect and reconnect to background if there is a low rate streaming connection. Wait for the network should adapt if there is network contention.

What to do if Honeywell Security Sensors Satcom doesn’t come on?
    • H
      Heather ClarkSep 12, 2025
If your Honeywell Security Sensors Satcom doesn’t come on and the LED is off, check that 28V DC is being supplied. Also, the terminal works with some power supplies and not others, so check that the terminal inrush current is not causing the supply voltage to drop below 27v. Dry out the unit if there is water inside.
