Normal Operation
Boot Process, VAM is inaccessible
Slow Flashing
: Final Boot Process, VAM is
inaccessible
Ready to Use
Fast Flash: Z-Wave is in the inclusion or
exclusion process
All 3 LED’s will scroll from top to
bottom. The VAM is currently in the default
process
Trouble Shooting
Slow Flashing:
a. Loss of ECP communication with the
Security Panel (Check wiring and ECP
Addressing)
b. Internal Z-Wave module absent or loose
from the slot
Slow Flashing:
a. Connecting to the Router
b. Disconnected from the router (ex. Out of
range, router power down, interference etc)
All Flashing in Unison:
Failed to configure the WiFi router (verify
SSID/password, router has no internet
connection if DHCP used, incorrect ip address
if using Static)
