Cleaning and maintenance
For better product peormance (e.g., sound quality, noise reduction, phone calls) and to
prevent problems such as ear canal allergies, we recommend that you clean your earbuds
regularly (1 week/time).
You can use alcohol or disinfectant to clean the suace of the earbuds. To prevent
moisture or water ingress, do not use damp cloths on the charging contacts or charging
po, speaker mesh, air outlet, or microphones.
Clean the charging case, charging po, and charging contacts:
• Use a soft, d cloth to clean the charging case. If necessa, you can also wipe the
external suace of the charging case with 70% alcohol. Make sure the charging case is
dried naturally before putting the earbuds back.
• Use a clean, d, soft-bristled brush to clean any crumbs from the charging po.
•
Use a clean, d, pointed cotton swab to gently wipe the suace of the charging contacts
of the charging case.
•
Do not use a damp cloth. Do not use excessive force when wiping to avoid deformation
or suace damage to the contact points of the charging post inside the charging case.
If your earbuds have been in contact with sweat, body wash, shampoo, or other liquids, or if
worn during exercise, please make sure the suace of the earbuds and the charging contacts
are clean and d before putting the earbuds into the charging case.
Clean the sound hole, air outlet and microphones: Use a clean, d, pointed cotton swab to
gently brush out the di and earwax from the hole or mesh, then wipe clean with a soft
cloth.
Health instructions
When worn, earbuds remain in contact with your skin. If used properly, they will not only be
more comfoable to wear, but will also give the best sound quality and noise canceling.
• Using earbuds at a high volume for long periods of time may cause damage to your
hearing. We recommend that you do not use your earbuds for more than 60 minutes at a
time and that the volume does not exceed 60% of the maximum. Please remove your
earbuds when sleeping.
• If irritating substances such as sweat, soapy water, or skincare products are attached to
the suace of the earbuds, they cause skin irritation. We recommend that you keep your
wireless earbuds and your skin d and clean to prevent long-term damage to your
earbuds.
• If you experience itching, redness, or other signs of irritation, we recommend that you
