Make a Video Call
Video calls are only possible when both are using VoLTE-activated devices.
1 Open Phone, touch the Contacts tab at the bottom of the screen, then select the
contact you want to call.
2 Touch
to make a video call.
During a voice call, you can touch to switch to a video call.
Manage Incoming Calls
You can use the call waiting feature to answer incoming calls when you are already
engaged in a previous call.
If you cannot answer a call because your phone is faulty or the network signal is poor, you
can also set call forwarding to forward calls to another number or device.
Answer or Reject an Incoming Call
If you receive a call when the screen is unlocked:
• Touch
to answer the call.
• Touch to reject the call.
• Touch to reject the call and reply with a message.
Enable quick phone calls
When a call comes in, pick up the phone and hold it close to your ear to automatically
answer the call; if you are on hands-free or using Bluetooth earbuds, hold the phone to
your ear to switch to earpiece mode.
Go to Settings > Accessibility features > & gestures > Answer calls and make
sure Answer calls is turned on.
Answer phone call automatically
When the phone is connected to a Bluetooth headset or plugged into a wired headset, use
the headset to answer calls if your hands are occupied or it is to swipe the screen
voice calls only).
Enable this feature: Go to Phone, tap > Settings > Auto-answer calls,enable Auto-
answer calls and set Auto-answer delay time duration.
