•  all: open Old notes > CONVERT ALL > CONVERT，and after conversion, Old
notes will disappear.
•  one by one: When opening an old-format note for the  time, there will be an
instruction of  this note，and you can tap CONVERT. If you don’t  the
format after seeing the instruction, the note that you open only  Delete and
 format，not editing. You can edit it only after format conversion.
Manage Notes
You can categorize your notes into  folders, delete unwanted items, and share your
notes with others.
When viewing notes, tap the status bar at the top of the screen to quickly return to the 
item or the beginning of the item you are viewing.
Set Password for Notes
Lock Notes: Go to Settings > Security & privacy > Device & data protection > App Lock,
follow the on-screen instructions to enter your lock screen password or customize the app
lock password, and turn on the switch next to your notes.
Categorize notes
You can  your notes into  folders based on categories. You can add various
color tags to  them and edit the folders for clearer organization, making it
easier to  your notes.
View all notes：
• In the All notes list  notes are displayed in  colors. You can also quickly
search for  notes by entering keywords in the search box.
• Tap
to see notes from  categories, such as All notes、Favorite notes、
Recently deleted and more.
Create/Edit folder:
• In the All notes list  tap . In the editing page, tap New folder to select your
preferred folder color, enter the folder name, and tap Save.
• To edit or delete a folder, long-press on it for options.
Move/Collect/Lock Notes:
• In the notes list  long-press the note you want to edit, and tap Move, select the
folder to move it to, and tap More > Favorite to bookmark the note, and you can also pin
it to the top.
• To lock a note, open the note and tap More > Add lock in the bottom right corner.
• In the All notes list  swipe left on a note to access options for pinning, moving,
collecting, or deleting it.
