Stay in Sync
Enabling Stay in Sync allows you to sync local notes to the cloud. Log in to your HONOR ID
on any device to view these notes anytime, anywhere.
Choose Notes > > > Sync notes to the cloud, and enable Stay in Sync by following
the prompt.
After enabling this feature, if you delete the notes on your phone, the data on the cloud and
other devices that are logged in to the same HONOR ID will also be deleted synchronously.
Exchange Sync
Synchronize the data in Exchange account with Notes to meet your need to record
matters at work anytime and anywhere.
1 Log in to Exchange account on the phone.

Pull down to refresh in the Exchange mail list to synchronize the memo and task data in
the account with Notes and generate corresponding notes.
A folder named after the Exchange account will be automatically generated in Notes for
easy management.
Old Notes Transfer
You can migrate your notes in the Notes from your old phone to your new phone through
ways such as HONOR ID sync, Device Clone, data backup, HONOR Share, etc.
• HONOR ID sync: Log in to your HONOR ID on your old phone and sync the notes data
from your old phone to the cloud. Log in to the same HONOR ID on your new phone to
sync the Notes data.
• Device Clone:
You can use Device Clone to migrate Notes and other data from your old phone to your
new one.
• Data backup: By backing up via an external storage device, you can back up data to an
external card or USB storage device and restore it in the phone's external
storage after the backup is complete.
• HONOR Share: Select the notes you need to share and quickly migrate them to your new
phone via HONOR Share.
Notes Format Conversion
When migrating notes from an old phone to a new phone, notes labeled “notes” in the
phone do not require any format conversion. If in the phone they are labeled “memos” (old
format notes), they can only be viewed initially. To enable editing, these notes will need to
be to the new format.
Open Notes, in the All notes tap to see Old notes.
