Add Tag to Doc
1 In the document list, you can long press a document or  and tap to add tag.
2 After long pressing a document, you can tap to select all and tags together.
3 After the tag is added, you can quickly  the document in the Tag list on the left.
Share Docs
1 In the document list, you can long press a document or  and tap to share it.
2 After long pressing a document, you can tap to select all and share them together.
Print Docs
In the document list, you can long press a document or  and tap > Print in the lower
left corner, and you can complete printing by following the on-screen instructions as
needed.
Rename Docs
In the document list, you can long press a document or  and tap > Rename to
rename the document or folder.
Delete Docs
1 In the document list, you can long press a document or  and tap
to delete it.
2 After long pressing a document, you can also tap
in the upper right corner to select
all and delete them together.
File Sync
Sync HONOR Docs to cloud, easily accessing and managing your documents across all
your HONOR devices.
1 Go to HONOR Docs and  the document list. Long press a document or folder, then
tap Move at the bottom of the screen.
2 Select My ，tap to move the document or folder to My .
3  document or folder will automatically sync from your phone to the cloud during the
move process.
4 Once completed, you can view and manage them by going to HONOR Docs > My
documents or Files > My  on any device logged in to the same HONOR ID.
File Auto-save
When you open or download  in apps or browsers on your phone, phone can
automatically save these  for later easy view or management.
