10.3. Heating / cooling change-over
If an input is allocated for switching over between heating and cooling, one each of the two functions is blocked
and the other is enabled:
Input open: Heating requirement function is active, cooling requirement is blocked
Input closed: Heating requirement function is blocked, cooling requirement is active
