9. Grid Support Details
The HMS-1600-4T-NA/ HMS-1800-4T-NA/ HMS-2000-4T-NA Microinverter is a grid support interactive
inverter, which is also known as a Grid Support Utility Interactive Inverter. And these microinverters also
comply with California Rule 21. The Grid Support functions are controlled on Hoymiles Monitoring Platform
and the DTU is required in this PV system.
Manufacturer’s Stated Accuracy
SA9: Low/High Voltage Ride Through (L/H VRT) and Must Trip Settings
Only an authorized installer is allowed to make grid prole adjustments according to the
requirements of local utility.
Using Fixed Power Factor and Volt/Var at the same time is not supported.
