Hard drive
For a list of available hard drives, see Computer major components on page 4.
NOTE: Before you remove the old hard drive, be sure to back up the data from the old hard drive so that you
can transfer the data to the new hard drive.
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 14).
2. Remove the access panel (Access panel on page 15).
3. Rotate the hard drive latch up (1) to disengage the hard drive from the cage.
4. Slide the drive toward the rear of the chassis until it stops, and then lift the hard drive up and out of the
cage (2).
