5. Slide the battery back (1) so that the edge of the battery pops up, and then pull the battery out of the
holder (2).
NOTE: You may need to use a small thin tool to press the battery back when removing it.
6. Slide the replacement battery into position, positive side up. The battery holder automatically secures
the battery in the proper position.
7. Reassemble the computer.
8. Reset the date and time, your passwords, and any special system setups using Computer Setup.
