PDH/DSn Receiver Monitor Levels
16 Press and select EQUALIZATION [OFF].
17 Press ; then to start the
measurement.
18 EnsurethatNO TROUBLEisdisplayedon the displayafter
30 seconds. Press to stop the measurement.
19 Remove the 6dB fixed attenuator and connect the 10dB Fixed
Attenuator in the signal path to give a total path attenuation of 30dB.
20 Press and set MONITOR LEVEL [30dB].
21 Press then to start the
measurement.
22 EnsurethatNO TROUBLEisdisplayedon the displayafter
30 seconds. Press to stop the measurement.
23 Press and select EQUALIZATION [ON].
24 Connect Cable Simulator E1-M between the PDH OUT Port and the
attenuator.
25 Press . Press to start the
measurement.
26 EnsurethatNO TROUBLE isdisplayedon the displayafter
30 seconds. Press to stop the measurement.
