Power button board (includes cable) M45175-001
Before removing the power button board, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 29).
2. Remove the bottom cover (Bottom cover on page 29).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 30).
Remove the power button board:
▲ Disconnect the power button board cable from the ZIF connector on the USB board (1), and then lift the
power button board and plastic support piece from the slot on the side of the computer (2).
Reverse this procedure to install the power button board.
