2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 37).
3. Remove the battery (see Battery on page 48).
4. Remove the right speaker (see Speakers on page 45).
Remove the fingerprint reader board:
1. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screw (1) that secures the fingerprint reader bracket to the computer,
and then remove the bracket (2).
2. Disconnect the cable from the ZIF connector (3) on the fingerprint reader board.
3. Remove the fingerprint reader board (4) from the computer.
To install the fingerprint reader board, reverse this procedure.
RTC battery
To remove the RTC battery, use this procedure and illustration.
