Before removing the bottom cover, follow this step:
▲ Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 30).
Remove the bottom cover:
1. Loosen the ve captive Torx T5 screws that secure the bottom cover to the computer.
2. Insert a non-marking, non-conductive tool at the hinges and separate the bottom cover from the
computer (1).
