Installing a 2.5-inch hard drive
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (Preparation for disassembly on page 18).
2. Remove the access panel (Access panel on page 19).
3. Remove the front bezel (Front bezel on page 20).
4. Install four black-and-blue M3 mounting screws (two on each side of the drive).
NOTE: M3 metric mounting screws can be purchased from HP.
When replacing a drive, transfer the four mounting screws from the old drive to the new drive.
5. Rotate the drive cage to its upright position (Drive cage on page 41).
