Statistics
This chapter describes how to enter statistical data and how to calcu-
late
single-sample and paired-sample statistics, using commands in
the STAT menu. All commands in the STAT menu are described
briefly in appendix 0, "Menu Map." For complete descriptions, refer
to
"STAT" in the Reference Manual.
The following table lists the consumer price index change (CPI), the
producer price index change (PPJ), and the unemployment rate (UR),
all
in percentages, for the United States over a 5-year period. Enter
these data and calculate statistics from them.
