Rear components
To identify the components on the rear of the monitor, use this illustration and table.
Table 2: Rear components and their descriptions
Function
1 Security cable slot
Connects an optional security cable.
2 Power connector
3 Power light
On: The monitor is on.
Off: Depending on your monitor model,
the monitor is off or in Sleep Mode.
4 VGA connector
Connects the VGA cable to a source device.
5 HDMI port
Connect the HDMI cable to a source device such
as a computer or game console.
