6. If the WWAN antenna is not connected to the terminal on the WWAN module, install a protective
sleeve on the antenna connector, as shown in the following illustration.
To replace the WWAN module, reverse the removal procedures.
NOTE: The WWAN module is designed with a notch to prevent incorrect insertion.

Before removing the SSD, follow these steps:
1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 39).
2. Remove the bottom cover (see Bottom cover on page 39).
3. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (see Battery on page 41).
Remove the SSD:
1. Remove the Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screw (1) and the Phillips M2.0 × 2.5 screw (2) that secure the SSD and
shield to the computer.
