5. Position the computer right-side up and open it as far as possible.
6. Lift the top of the keyboard, and then place the keyboard upside down on the palm rest.
7. Disconnect the keyboard cable (1) and the pointing stick/backlight cable (2) from the system
board.
8. Remove the keyboard from the computer (3).
Reverse this procedure to install the keyboard.
Primary memory module
NOTE: The computer has four memory slots. Expansion memory slots are located in a compartment
on the bottom of the computer. Primary memory slots are located under the keyboard.
When you add or replace the primary memory modules, populate the bottom slot before the top slot.
