Item Description
1 Drawer 1 containing eleven storage disks (bays 23-33) and two hot spare disks (bays 34 and 35)
2 Drawer 2 containing two hot spare disks (bays 34 and 35)
Distributing the drives correctly
The disks in the capacity upgrade kits must be added to the storage enclosures in a specific order. Each
drawer has a label that specifies the sequence in which each set of 11 disks must be installed. This
sequence is mandatory for the product to function because the StoreOnce software expects the storage
to be populated in this way.
