FEATURES OF THE DELIVERY PIPES
In consideration of the high pressures employed, the delivery pipe must be designed and built with
materials suitable for such working conditions.
The same applies for any accessories installed.
When designing the system take into consideration the pressure drops along the line.
To limit the pulsating loads, typical of piston pumps, install a suitable damper or exible pipe
(minimum 1.5 m long) between the pressure regulator and pump connection.
The accessories listed below must be used on the pump’s circuit. Each accessory shall be correctly
dimensioned/rated and meet the requirements of current standards:
• Gauge
• Safety valve
• Pressure regulator valve, manual or automatic
• Antipulsation damper
