MAINTENANCE
Scrupulously follow all the indications given below. All disassembly and mounting operations must be
carried out by qualied personnel
The accuracy and cleanliness in disassembly and mounting are fundamental to guarantee perfect pump
eciency.
Clean and dry all contact parts.
WARNING: observe all the safety conditions.
SERVICING THE MECHANICAL PART
Periodically check the oil level by means of the plugs (refer to the exploded drawing in Fig. 22 - item 18)

Change the lubricating oil at the times described in the LUBRICATION paragraph.
Each time oil is changed we advise cleaning the magnetic draining plugs and the internal parts
thoroughly with a specic detergent.
If you nd water inside the pump body, change the seals (refer to the exploded drawing in Fig. 22 -
items 16 and 17).
WARNING: the used oil an replaced component parts must be correctly disposed of
and not discarded in the environment.
SERVICING THE PUMPING PART
Maintenance of the pumping unit entails no extraordinary work, being limited to a visual inspection of
the quantity of water leaking from the pump.
Normal leak: dripping intermittently.
Excessive leak: continuous.
If the leak is excessive, change the pressure gaskets.
