5 Alarms and Troubleshooting
5.1 Function Module
Table 5-1 Alarms and troubleshooting (power unit)
The AC voltage is
too high.
The AC detection
circuit of the
module is faulty.
1. Check whether the AC input
voltage is abnormal.
If yes, locate the cause
and rectify the fault to
prevent high voltage from
damaging the function
module.
If no, contact Huawei
technical support.
The AC input
voltage is too low.
Cables are loose.
1. Check whether the AC input
voltage is abnormal.
If yes, rectify the power
grid fault.
If no, go to the next step.
2. Check that cables are
connected properly.
If yes, contact Huawei
technical support.
If no, reconnect the
cables.
LLVD Low
Voltage
Disconnected
The battery voltage
drops to the load low
voltage disconnection
(LLVD) voltage
threshold due to a
long-time AC power
failure.
1. Check whether the battery is
discharging due to a
long-time AC power failure.
If yes, rectify the power
grid fault.
If no, go to the next step.
2. Check whether the LLVD
voltage threshold is
