box is more than 1.5 km
away from the function
module.

If yes, add a level B SPD
onsite.

If no, go to the next step.
3. Check whether the ground
point of the function module
is properly connected.

If yes, go to the next step.

If no, connect the ground
point properly.
4. Check whether the site
grounding resistance is less
than 10 ohms.

If yes, contact Huawei
technical support.

If no, repair the total
grounding resistance of
the site and decrease it to
below 10 ohms.

whether the alarm is cleared.

If yes, no further action is
required.

