An AC power
failure occurs.
Switch off the AC
input circuit
breaker.
The input power
cable is aged,
short-circuited, or
open-circuited.
1. Measure the AC input
voltage and check whether
AC input is unavailable.
If yes, rectify the power
grid fault.
If no, go to the next step.
2. Check whether the AC input
circuit breaker is OFF.
If yes, check and repair
the AC power
distribution, and then
switch on the circuit
breaker.
If no, contact Huawei
technical support.
The PV input is
disconnected.
The PV module is
faulty.
1. Check whether the PV input
is properly connected.
If yes, go to the next step.
If no, reconnect the PV
input.
2. Check whether the PV
module input voltage is in
the range of 24 V to 130 V.
If yes, contact Huawei
technical support.
If no, replace the PV
module.
Output overpower
occurs.
Output short circuit
occurs.
12 V output
overvoltage occurs.
Ambient
overtemperature
occurs.
1. Check whether the 12 V
output port is short-circuited
or overloaded.
If yes, rectify the short
circuit or reduce the load.
If no, go to the next step.
2. Check whether the function
module surface temperature
at noon is less than 45°C.
If yes, contact Huawei
technical support.
If no, add a sunshade.
Output overpower
occurs.
Output short circuit
occurs.
24 V output
1. Check whether the 24 V
output port is short-circuited
or overloaded.
If yes, rectify the short
circuit or reduce the load.
