Solar Function
Unit Module
Comm Failure
The CAN
communication circuit
or the solar function
unit is abnormal.
1. Check whether the output
CAN cable of the function
module is properly
connected.
If yes, go to the next step.
If no, reconnect the cable.
2. Replace the function module
and check whether the alarm
persists.
If yes, contact Huawei
technical support.
If no, no further action is
required.
PV module cable
connection is abnormal
or the module
experiences output
overvoltage due to an
internal fault.
1. Check whether the input
voltage is in the range of 24
V to 130 V when the sunlight
is normal in daytime.
If yes, go to the next step.
If no, reconnect PV
modules because only a
maximum of three PV
modules can be connected
in series.
2. Check whether the ambient
temperature at noon is less
than 45°C.
If yes, contact Huawei
technical support.
If no, add a sunshade.
1. Check whether the AC input
voltage is abnormal.
If yes, rectify the power
grid fault.
If no, contact Huawei
technical support.
