The chassis of the S5352C-EI is 1 U high with the dimensions of 442.0 x 420.0 x 43.6 mm (width
x depth x height).Figure 1-3 shows the rear view of the S5352C-EI.

1.3 Basic Configurations for the Device Management

IP addresses, remote login, naming the device, and setting device time.

Networking Requirements
As shown in Figure 1-4, S-switch-A is newly added to the network. S-switch-A and S-switch-
B are connected through a trunk link. To enable the network administrator to manage S-switch-
A remotely, you need to configure the Telnet service and set the device name on S-switch-A.
When the administrator logs in to S-switch-A through Telnet, ensure that the PC of the
administrator and S-switch-A are reachable at the network layer.
