1) Set the delay and interval in "Character Repeat" . You can set the input speed of the
keyboard. After set up, you can input in the edit box named "Type in the following box to
test your keyboard settings" to test whether the settings is right or not.
2) Click the check box named "Beep when there is an error of keyboard input", you can set
terminal beep when there is an error of keyboard input. This setting takes effect
immediately. If check box is selected, terminal beeps when there is an error of keyboard
input, Otherwise does not.
2.5.2 Keyboard Input Methods
1. Introduction:
Use the "Keyboard Input Methods" to set the following:
1) add or remove keyboard input methods
2) shortcuts of the keyboard input method
3) keyboard layout
4) font and style , and so on
2. Operating procedures:
Click "Start" -> "Preferences" -> "Keyboard Input Methods", the running interface is shown in
Figure 5-2-1:
