A grid overvoltage alarm on your Huawei Controller indicates that the grid voltage exceeds the upper threshold. Try these steps: 1. If the alarm is occasional, it could be a temporary grid issue. The SUN2000 should recover automatically once the grid stabilizes. 2. If the alarm persists, verify that the grid voltage is within the acceptable range. If it's not, contact your local power operator. If it is within range, you can adjust the grid overvoltage protection threshold using the mobile app, SmartLogger, or NMS, but only with the consent of the local power operator. 3. Also, check for peak voltage issues on the power grid; if the problem persists, contact the power operator.
