2015 PV String Loss Warning Cause ID = 1
This alarm is generated
when the PV string status is
abnormal due to the
following conditions: a
single PV string is lost; both
2-in-1 PV strings are lost;
one of the 2-in-1 PV strings
is lost.
1. Check whether the
SUN2000 terminals are
properly connected.
2. Check whether the PV
string terminals are
properly connected.
3. If a 2-in-1 terminal is
used, check whether it is
normal.
Note: If the string
connection status is
manually
congured, check
whether the congured
status is consistent with the
actual connection status.
2021 AFCI Check
Failure
Major The AFCI check fails.
Cause ID = 1, 2
● Cause ID 1: The AFCI
check circuit is
abnormal.
● Cause ID 2: The AFCI
circuit is faulty.
Turn o the AC output
switch and DC input switch,
and then turn them on
after 5 minutes. If the
alarm persists, contact your
dealer or Huawei technical
support.
2031 Short Circuit
Between Grid
Phase Wire and
PE
Major The impedance of the
output phase wire to PE is
low or the output phase
wire is short-circuited to PE.
Check the impedance of
the output phase wire to
PE, locate the position with
low impedance, and rectify
the fault.
2032 Grid Failure Major Cause ID = 1
● The power grid
experiences an outage.
● The AC circuit is
disconnected or the AC
circuit breaker is OFF.
1. Check the AC voltage.
2. Check whether the AC
circuit is disconnected or
the AC circuit breaker is
OFF.
