7.1 Monitoring your fitness
Wear your watch and it will automatically record your fitness data. It can easily identify your
different activities, including walking, running, hiking, stair climbing, and standing.
To set exercise goals
Swipe left on the home screen and select Daily tracking. When using this feature for
the first time, swipe left on the screen and enter your height and weight. Set your exercise
goal under Daily goal.
To view your fitness data
On the home screen of your watch, swipe left and select Daily tracking. Swipe left on
the screen to view your fitness data, which include the step count, calories burned, exercise
time duration, and standing data.
Ensure that accurate personal height and weight information are used to provide more accurate
calculations of calories burned.
Set Notification to ON in Daily tracking. When your fitness goal is half or fully achieved,
your watch will display a notification card.
From 7:00 to 19:00 every day, your watch will record your activity as standing for one time if you
have been standing for over 1 minute or walking more than 100 steps within one hour. It will still be
recorded as standing once even if you have stood multiple times within one hour. It is recommended
that you exercise more to stay healthy.
To modify your personal information
When your fitness goals are achieved, you can set new goals.
On the home screen of your watch, swipe left and select Daily tracking. Keep swiping
left until the settings screen is displayed.
On this screen, you can set your new fitness goals, fitness notifications, age, gender, weight,
and height.
