humidity of the environment� If the Setting (6-minute)
does not completely dry your records, simply re-apply the
3-minute /6-minute drying mode� We recommend that
users apply HumminGuru - The Small Bottle, a gentle non-
alcoholic surfactant that helps shorten drying time�
6. The record is not turning or not turning smoothly.
Ensure that the vinyl record is securely positioned on the
rotation wheels and properly docked in the water basin lter
slot� During a washing cycle, verify if the right wheel (R) is
rotating as intended� If the right wheel is not rotating as
expected, please reach out to customer support for further
assistance� Keep in mind that the left wheel (L) is a passive
wheel and does not rotate on its own�
7. I accidentally pull out the water tank during the
operation cycle.
When the water tank is taken out from the machine during
the operation cycle, the “Error” (Solid Red light) signal will
appear, and the machine will automatically stop for safety�
In this case, insert the water tank properly back into the slot
and it will automatically switch back to the standby (blinking
white light) mode�
8. The machine stops running, or all light indicators turn off
during operation.
This indicates that the machine has entered a self-protection
state� Please switch off the power and disconnect the
power supply� Allow the device to sit for 45 minutes before
reconnecting the power supply� This should restore the
machine to normal operation�
Trouble Shooting
1. The machine won’t turn on or start the operation cycle.
Check if your machine is properly connected to a power
outlet and then make sure you press the power button all
the way in until it clicks� In addition, check if the water tank
with the lid is set in place properly�
2. The record label is getting wet.
Pause the cleaning cycle immediately� Take out your record
and dry it up rst. Long press the start/pause button for
3 seconds to cancel the operation and then select the
draining mode to drain the water out of the water basin
to the desired level� Use the maintenance tool to double
check the water level�
3. There is water remaining in the water basin.
The water basin lter is possibly clogged. Use the
maintenance tool to take it out from the water basin (refer
to page 21 for guidance). Rinse the lter thoroughly and
re-insert the lter. Then, select the draining mode to drain
the water out completely� If this does not help, contact
customer support�
4. The machine has started to smell.
Switch off the machine and disconnect the power cord
from the wall power outlet� Contact customer support�
5. My record does not get dry after one drying cycle.
