Calibration Procedures
“Calibration” can be selected by pressing the “Setup/Cal” button.
Store the calibration weight in the threaded hole on the control panel support.

Dataset® arm and load roller calibrations require the optional calibration tool,
221-602-1.
Quick Cal Check
Begin with balancer “OFF,” then turn “ON.”
Attach cal weight to either side of one of the two holes in the hub faceplate.
Press the “Start” button to spin. Display shows “CAL RDY” or “CAL ERR.”
Press the “Next” button to show weights.
Balancer Calibration
Press the “Setup/Cal” button once. “CAL” is displayed.
Press the “Enter” button to begin calibration.
