CAUTION: Do not operate the speed pedals
when the controls for the clutch valves is
disengaged.
1. Put the product on the adjustment tool for wheel
speed. Refer to
Servicing tools on page 15
2. Attach an exhaust hose if you preform this
procedure indoors.
WARNING: Engine exhaust contains
poisonous carbon monoxide.
3. Remove the transmission cover.
4. Open the clutch valve.
Note: There are 2 valves on AWD products.
5. Fill the transmission oil tank with oil. Wait some
minutes and fill the transmission oil tank again.
6. Start the engine and let it run at idle speed.
7. Fill the transmission oil tank until the oil level does
not decrease.
8. Release the parking brake.
9. Operate the forward and rearward pedals for 4–5
times each.
10. Fill the transmission oil tank if it is necessary.
11. Close the clutch valve.
Note: There are 2 valves on AWD products.
12. Operate the forward and rearward pedals for 4–5
times each. Make sure the wheels start to turn
immediately.
13. Fill the transmission oil tank if it is necessary.
14. Increase the engine speed to operation rpm.
15. Operate the forward and rearward pedals for and
make sure the wheels start to turn immediately.
16. Decrease the engine speed to idle speed.
17. Fill the transmission oil tank if it is necessary.
18. Install the transmission cover.

9.5.3.1 To remove the transmission

2. Remove the rear wheels. Refer to

3. Drain the oil of the transmission. Refer to
To replace
the oil in the transmission on page 38
.
4. Loosen the hose from the transmission oil tank.
Open the clamp for the suction pipe below the tank
and remove the hydraulic tank.
5. Loosen the cable and the speed control rod from the
lever.
