  If your HydraFacial Personal Care Products unit has no power, first ensure the power cord is properly connected to the back of the unit and a working wall outlet. If the issue persists, unplug the unit and use a small flathead screwdriver to remove the fuse holder box, located between the ON/OFF switch and power cord, and check that the fuses are in good working condition (not blown).

  To resolve excessive fluid flow with your HydraFacial Personal Care Products, ensure the flow control valve on the handpiece is not opened too far. The default setting is 50% open. Decrease fluid flow by turning the flow control valve towards the – sign.

Why is there low or no fluid flow in my HydraFacial Personal Care Products?

  If you experience low or no fluid flow with your HydraFacial Personal Care Products, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure that your skin solution bottle is not empty. Check that your HydraFacial handpiece is properly connected to the side of the skin solution station block and to the waste canister, and that the lid is firmly attached to the waste canister. Verify that the tip is firmly installed onto the handpiece, with angled tips facing downwards. Confirm that the flow control valve on the handpiece is open, turning it towards the + sign to increase fluid flow. Inspect lines for any kinks or leaks. Ensure that you have a maximum of two skin solution stations on. If using only one station, try another to check if the internal bottle seal is completely broken and the metal po...
