PREPARING UNIT FOR STORAGE
ALL PRESSURE GAUGES MUST READ ZERO BEFORE BEGINNING THESE
PROCEDURES. TURN THE SYSTEM OFF, DISCONNECT THE POWER, AND
BLEED ALL WATER PRESSURE FROM THE SYSTEM.
PREPARING THE SYSTEM FOR STORAGE
1. We recommend NOT leaving the system idle for more than 72 hours.
2. If the period of non-operation is more than 72 hours, we recommend removing the
Membranes, sealing them in a plastic bag, and storing in a refrigerator.
3. If storing Membranes, performance cannot be guaranteed.
During the shut-down period, the area must be kept frost-free, or the ambient temperature must
not exceed 120°F (48.8°C) ambient.
