Check # 1
Set power switch S1 to OFF (0)
Measure resistance between the conductors (line and neutral) on
the plug of the power cord. Do not use the ground conductor on
the plug as a measuring point.
Check power cord and power
switch S1. Replace faulty
component (Fig 4-4)

the selected input voltage.
