The Device engine is not working.
Note. The shunt component is possibly missing or the contact
integrity is compromised.
Note. The main function of the shunt component is to stop engine
operation if the shunt contact integrity is interrupted. Example:
A reed switch is connected to the shunt contact as well as to the
external protection (dome). If the dome is removed, the Device
will shut down immediately.
1. The rotor or the stator is out of order.
2. The rotor of Model M is attached to the stator of Model MS.
Attention. The rotor only of Model MS must be used with the
stator of Model MS (the rotor of Model MS has the “MS”
sticker located near the rotor serial number).
3. The Device is connected to the power mains without the
rotor properly attached to the stator.
Important. Do not connect the Device to the power mains
without the rotor properly attached.
If you notice that the red and the green indicators blink, please
reassemble the Device:
Unscrew the binding screw (Picture 10),
Take off the rotor from the stator,
Perform the assemble procedure (see section 5).
If the red and green indicators continue to blink, contact
