Protecting Your Original Diskette
Hint: It's a good idea to put a tab over the write protect
notch in order to make sure your original diskette is not
accidentally written on. Then you can remove it when
the back-up has been made,
if you want to.
With the write
protect notch covered, if the diskettes
get mixed up, a message similar to this
is displayed:
Write protect error writing drive A
Abort, Retry, Ignore?
The "ciirsor is here.
'"
If you get this message:
1 Remove the original diskette from the drive.
2 Insert the back-up diskette into the drive.
3 Type:
(You do
not have to press the Enter key.)
