Diskette
During the diagnostic tests
that
follow, you will need a
scratch diskette
(a
scratch diskette
is
a formatted
diskette with
no
data
on
it).
If
you already have a
scratch diskette, skip this section and proceed
to
Diagnostic Testing
on
page Test 000-1.
If
you do
not
have a scratch diskette, continue with this procedure.

Remove the Diagnostics diskette from the back
of
this manual.

Set
the
Power switch
on
the system unit (and
expansion unit, if attached)
to
Off.
