FULL indicator (yellow) flashing:
1. Water Supply Issue: High-level float detects water
10 minutes sooner than the low-level float.
Possible cause checklist
• Check that the float(s) are properly installed.
• Check that the float(s) are working properly.
• Check all wire connections between the float(s)
and the control board (PCB).
ERROR CODE
ERROR indicator (red) flashing:
1. High Pressure Issue: High pressure switch open for
more than 10 seconds.
2. High Pressure Issue: High pressure switch open for
more than 10 seconds, 3 consecutive times.
Possible cause checklist
• Check that the air filter or condenser is not dirty.
• Check that the ambient air temp is below 100°F.
• Check that there are no restrictions to air flow.
• Check that discharge air is not being recirculated.
• Check the refrigerant charge.
• Check that the hot gas valve is working properly.
