Tuner
(Default: ON)
Turns the automatic antenna tuner ON or OFF.
If you use an optional AT-140, AH-740 or AH-760,
select “ON.”
OFF: The antenna tuner is disabled and is by-
passed.
ON: The automatic antenna tuner can be used
when the transceiver enters the antenna
tune mode.
PTT Tune
(Default: OFF)
Select whether or not to start the antenna tuner when
[PTT] is pushed.
OFF: The antenna tuner does not start tuning,
even if [PTT] is pushed.
ON: The antenna tuner starts tuning when [PTT]
is pushed.
VFO mode
(Default: ON)
Select ON or OFF to activate the VFO mode.
VFO Split
(Default: OFF)
Turns the Split frequency operation in the VFO mode
ON or OFF.
Split frequency operation allows you to transmit and
receive on two different frequencies between VFO A
and VFO B.
Built-in Test Display
(Default: OFF)
Select whether or not to display the device check
screen after turning ON power.
