15 This section covers the removal,
inspection, and installation of
the ignition coil. Removal of
the starter is required. Refer to
section 8 if necessary.
15.1 Remove starter.
15.2 Remove starter flywheel shroud by
unhooking wires.
15.3 Remove ignition coil screws, wave
washers and plain washers.
15.4 Remove ignition coil.
15.5 Inspect.
A Look for cracked/missing insulation.
B Clean flywheel magnets and coil if
rusty.
