633GC SHOP MANUAL
16 This section covers the removal,
inspection, and installation
of the flywheel. Removal of
the starter and spark plugs is
required. Refer to sections 6
and 8 if necessary.
16.1 Remove sparkplug and insert piston
stop.
16.2 Remove flywheel nut (counter
clockwise), wave washer, and plain
washer.
16.3 Install flywheel puller bolts (3) finger
tight. Turn main puller bolt clockwise
with wrench until flywheel releases
from the crankshaft.
16.4 Inspect & clean flywheel. Replace if
any of the fins are broken.
