Adding a Maid’s Code
A maid’s code is a code that can only disarm the alarm if it has been used to arm the alarm. If a general
user code has been used to arm, the maids code will not be able to disarm.

Adding a Duress Code
A duress code is a code that will disarm the alarm and activate a panic condition when used. If system is
connected to an armed response centre a duress code will be sent indicating that someone is being
forced to disarm the system.
