FAULT CAUSE TROUBLESHOOTING
Tableware is not dry. Some option buttons de-
crease the drying result, e.g
varioSpeed.
Water collects in re-
cesses of the tableware
or cutlery.
● Position tableware at an
angle where possible.
The combined deter-
gent used has a poor
drying performance.
1. Use rinse aid to improve dry-
ing performance.
2. Use a different combined de-
tergent with a better drying
performance.
Extra Dry not activated
to improve drying per-
formance.
● Activate Extra Dry.
Tableware removed
too early or drying pro-
cess not yet ended.
1. Wait until the programme
ends.
2. Only remove tableware
30minutes after the pro-
gramme has ended.
Rinse aid used has a
limited drying perform-
ance.
● Use a name-brand rinse aid.
Eco products may have lim-
ited effectiveness.
Appliance door does
not open automatically
at the end of the pro-
gramme
● Adjust the appliance door as
described in the installation
instructions.
The door gap must be at
least 70mm - 100mm.
Plastic tableware is not
dry.
Not a fault. As plastic
does not store heat so
well, it also does not
dry as well.
● No remedial action possible.
